HEAVY DOSE is a four-piece project focused on loud guitars, heavy riffs, earworm vocal melodies, and noisy songs that still leave room for hooks.

The band has played a dozen shows in the NYC area since forming in 2024, embracing a DIY tone shaped by old internet band pages, basement shows, burned CDs, and photocopied flyers.
