HEAVY DOSE is a four-piece indie punk / emo project from Queens and Brooklyn, NYC.

Built around loud guitars, fuzzy amps, and melodies that stick around longer than they should, the band pulls inspiration from the worlds of modern color, the thermals, the marked men, and mannequin pussy.

The first songs of the project leaned into noise and distortion, while newer material finds a balance between heavy walls of sound, nostalgia, melancholy hooks.

Since forming in 2024, HEAVY DOSE has played DIY venues and small rooms throughout New York City, embracing the old internet, basement show, photocopied flyer aesthetic that shaped the music they grew up on.
